Luckily, my design teammate found me through a google sheet where I left my information so that we can have this opportunity to dive into our pain points.
- Who will be our potential users?
- What pain points they truly encounter?
Of all the challenge and experience collected from our interviewees, we can reconfirm our assumption that -
It helps teammates seekers to find the suitable partners according to the level of professional skills and goal so that they could avoid wrong expecataion.
We designed 3 prompts and followed with open-end questions, and 30 of our previous respondents completed our unmoderated usability testing through Maze.
From our final usability testing, 73% of users found Co-up very clear and easy to use.
Co-up platform achieved the goal of helping teammate seekers to find their ideal teammate effortlessly at this phase of product.
In the next phase, we want to challenge ourselves -
How do teammates come up with the right ideas to start their side project?
Since we constantly communicate between designers and engineers, it helps the process of development go efficiently. Besides, we can understand the perspective of engineers and some difficulties of implementing design in advance.
We realized questions in the interview or survey can be the key foundation of a function or a product. The right questions could lead us to have more precise solutions.
